Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Include any other pertinent information towards the beginning, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for the order will be calculated at checkout. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not  offer international shipping. 

How to check the status of the order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your e-mail address and order number.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations with shipping to P.O. Boxes. Pleases check their policy. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unopened and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. 

In the event that your order arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and provide a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
